Food enthusiasts will find their mouths full at Dubai’s upcoming Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, set to take over the Intercontinental Dubai Festival City from 06-10 March. Food writers and celebrity chefs will comprise a small but significant component of the authors, offering food demonstrations and public appearances alongside world renowned writers, poets and historians.
